my vintage originals came to me in a poorly state i brought all 11 of them in one lot. they were all repaired by Laura Bond (who also makes felties) and she managed to make them beautiful again!to see pics of them before go to the gallery
Barley
the jumping horse is quite a rare mould, usually found in grey, but this one is dun.
i have called him Barley after a horse i know.
Tinker
Tinker is a pony mare. the mould is still in use today but is now called the welsh pony mould
Kevin
Kevin is a Cleveland Bay the julip mould is big and beautiful just like the real breed.
Casper
Casper is a Shetland pony.This little chap is always in trouble wether its breaking fences or bucking his rider off you name it hes done it!
Sam
Sam is a shire horse. his mane and tail are plaited up ready for a show i imagine this is how he was when he was brought from the julip shop in london
Ghost
Ghost the Arab mare has very pretty eyes
Chism
the horse in action (or HIA as some people all it) is quite a rare mould. and very sought-after by collectors
i named mine after a real horse i used to know
King
The arab stallion is very hansome and his tail looks amazing
Hack
At first we were unsure of this chaps mould but we have come to the conclusion (with some help from the julip archive - see links) that he is a hack
Honey and Tulia
Honey and tulia are vintage yearlings/foals and they love playing together and getting into mischeif
